Prior to their merger with Chord Energy in 2022, o2 Group acted as an extension of Whiting's marketing department by providing multiple services for the once industry leader. Most recently, Whiting updated their branding in a three-phase process, bringing its website and printed material in alignment with its position as an industry leader. The o2 Group has planned and executed each phase of these rebranding initiatives.

Web Design and Development

Turning back to their classic colors — red and black— we gave them a fresh design. To update the functionality, we gave them a responsive framework that capitalizes on beautiful photography of their properties. The Video section was built out using Vimeo for easy-to-update videos that display beautifully on the website — both full screen and mobile. 

Marketing Materials

Aligning all their marketing materials into a unified brand, the o2 Group created printed and downloadable collateral for every aspect of business—from corporate brochures, Environmental Health and Safety booklets, Sustainability Reports, HR handbooks, flyers, magazine and newspaper advertisements and Community Report.

Trade Show

In its first attendance at NAPE—the oil and gas industry’s trade show for buying, selling and trading prospects and properties—Whiting wanted to make a good impression. The o2 Group created an inviting 20 X 20 booth with bold graphics, video feeds, and inviting areas for attendees to network and do business.
